Yoga expands the horizon, opens the heart, and calms the mind. It strengthens the immune system, fortifies the entire body, and has a holistic effect.
Yoga can be practiced anywhere, but in the natural surroundings of Zell am See - Kaprun, the effects of Asanas, Meditation, and Pranayama are particularly powerful. Between glaciers, mountains, and lakes, the harmony of body, mind, and soul seems to be achieved more quickly and sustainably than elsewhere. The serene environment enhances the practice, making it a truly unique and transformative experience.
The yoga sessions led by international yoga teacher Marcel Clementi predominantly take place in the great outdoors (e.g., Schmittenhöhe, aboard the MS Schmittenhöhe on Lake Zell, and on the Kitzsteinhorn glacier).
