Wellness centre: 9.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. 

Indoor pool: 7.00 a.m. to 9.30 p.m.

A la Carte restaurant: 12.00 p.m. to 2.00 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m.

Hotel bar: 2 p.m. to midnight

Check in: 2.00 p.m.

If you wish to arrive earlier to start enjoying your holiday to the full from the very first day, you can make use of all the hotel facilities as well as the award-winning Wellness Schlössl.

Check out: till 11.30 p.m.

On the day of departure, the wellness schlössl is at your disposal until 12 a.m. .
For an extension a 50% reduced day spa rate of € 60,- will be charged.

Cancellation policy for summer 2023

Up to 8 days prior to your arrival you can cancel free of charge. From 7 days prior to your arrival as well as no-show, the cancellation fee is 90% of the overnight rate.

Cancellation policy for winter 2023/24
You can cancel the booking free of charge up to 15 days before arrival. From 14 days to 8 days before arrival we charge 70% of the total amount. From 7 days before arrival and in the event of a no-show, the cancellation fee is 90% of the total amount.
