The Salzburgerhof gourmet full board includes the following culinary temptations:
- Extensive breakfast buffet with regional delicacies, organic products and home-made specialities available until 11.30 a.m.
- Midday snack available from 1.00 p.m. until 5.00 p.m. with soup, a main dish, various salads, fruit, and home-made desserts, as well as juices, tea, and coffee
- Cake and strudel buffet from the hotel’s own patisserie available from 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.
- Exquisite 6-course gourmet dinner from our award-winning (3 Gault Millau toques) kitchen available from 6.30 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. Vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose free and vegan options are also available.

All courses from the multi-award-winning 3-toque kitchen are presented by the service team - and accompanied by a wine series selected by successful winemaker and graduate sommelier Günther Rettenbacher.

Our restaurant has a typically elegant Austrian design. All the tables are covered in material tablecloths and napkins. The “Zirbenstube” is the most charming part of the restaurant. Wooden panels give the “Stube” a cosy, traditional style that is rarely found nowadays. Privacy and cosiness are in perfect harmony in the Zirbenstube, and set the scene for an altogether successful evening. Regular guests often describe the Zirbenstube as their favourite part of the hotel and it is a place where the origins of the Salzburgerhof tradition can be felt.
