Energy Efficiency & Renewable Energy: Our house is powered efficiently and sustainably by a photovoltaic system (100 kWp), groundwater heat pumps, and modern air conditioning systems.

100% Green Electricity: We meet our entire energy demand exclusively through renewable sources.

Resource Conservation: We use eco-friendly cleaning products, avoid single-use items, support local supply chains, and practice organic plant protection in our garden.

Water & Waste: Water-saving systems, a comprehensive waste management plan, and recycling initiatives all contribute to reducing our ecological footprint.

 

Social Responsibility

Fair Working Conditions: 65% of our workforce are women. We are committed to gender equality, fair compensation above the collective agreement, and long-term, year-round positions.
