Energy efficiency & renewable energy: A photovoltaic system (100 kWp), groundwater heat pumps, and modern climate control systems supply our building efficiently and sustainably.

100% green electricity: Our energy needs are met exclusively from renewable sources.

Resource conservation: Use of eco-friendly cleaning agents, avoidance of single-use items, regional supply chains, and organic plant care in the garden.

Water & waste: Water-saving systems, a comprehensive waste management plan, and recycling initiatives help us reduce our ecological footprint.

Social Responsibility

Fair working conditions: 65% of our workforce are women—we are committed to equality, fair pay based on collective agreements, and long-term, year-round employment.
