Standard double room
Typical Austrian atmosphere is reflected in our light, friendly double rooms, which are about 30 m2 in size. A cosy living-cum-bedroom and bathroom with bath offer a high degree of comfort and contribute towards a relaxing holiday. All rooms have a balcony (some of them have a French balcony).
Junior-Suite, 40m²
Our tastefully furnished junior suites in a fine country-house style are approx. 40 m2 in size. Enjoy your holidays here in a comfortable living-cum-bedroom. The bathrooms have a bath, some also have a shower. From the balcony (some suites have a French balcony) you can view the lovely, surrounding mountains, Lake Zell or our fabulous garden.
Suite, 50m²
Our elegant, stylish suites with a size of 50 m2 offer sufficient space for a relaxing holiday. The cosy living room, the separate bedroom and the bathroom offer the utmost in comfort. From the balcony you can view the lovely, surrounding mountains, Lake Zell or our fabulous garden.
Suite, 55m²
Enjoy a relaxing time in front of the cosy open fireplace in the living room, and relax in the private sauna in the bathroom, which has a bath and shower.
The balcony offers a magnificent view of the fabulous feng shui garden, the wellness castle and the Schmittenhöhe mountain.
Wellness - Gardensuite, 70m²
Fine country-house luxury is to be found on the approx. 70 m2 of our wellness garden suites. A spacious living-cum-bedroom in light colours and with elegant accessories invites you to daydream. Your clothes are kept in the spacious dressing room. Immerse yourself in your own relaxation oasis comprising a bath and steam shower with colour therapy and TV. Enjoy the magnificent view of our fabulous feng shui garden as well as the Schmittenhöhe mountain from your spacious balcony.
Wellness - Gardensuite, 90m²
Our spacious Wellness-Gardensuites 90m² dispose of a comfortable livingroom, a walkable cupboard, a bedroom with big bath (bathtub and separate shower) as well as a separate bedroom with shower and toilette.
Ideal for families who enjoy space.
From the balcony on the 4th floor you have a marvellous view of the Feng Shui garden and the Schmittenhöhe.
Wellness - Gardensuite , 100m²
Our exquisite wellness garden luxury suites, covering 100 m2, fulfil your every desire. Relax in the elegant living room next to the crackling open fire, enjoy your 2 toques dinner or breakfast in the private atmosphere of your dining room, indulge in sweet dreams in the exquisite bedroom, immerse yourself in your own relaxation oasis comprising a bath and steam shower with colour therapy and TV, and enjoy mild summer evenings on your spacious loggia with (sun) loungers.
Family apartment
Great for families: our family apartments (approx. 60 m2) have a comfortable living-cum-bedroom with 2 beds and a separate double room, a bathroom with bath and shower, and a balcony.
